Yeah. It is. Sorry folks!
I'm just another Mommy with a baby that I adore.
I promise to be brutally honest. No fluff and stuff (although I will talk about the the cloth diaper kind of fluff, cuz it's adorable!), just straight up honesty.
My little Chandler will be 6 months on the 11th. That's in 10 days!
It's hard to believe it's been 6 months already. Wasn't I just pregnant??
Here's some things I've learned in the past 6 months -
Babies outgrow clothes fast, like, lightening fast.
You can go a long time without showering... Longer than you think.
You can go a long time without sleep... Longer than you think.
If the baby sleeps for long stretches, you'll still wake up ever hour to make sure they are ok.
Dirty Laundry replicates itself.
So do dirty dishes.
Some of the best baby toys aren't toys at all. Chandler will play with a wipes container for half an hour.
Baby teeth are really sharp.
Waking up next to a smiling baby makes a near sleepless night worth it.
You really do fall in love a little more each day.
